ABOUT HOLIDAY APPARTMENT 1605

LOCATION: Broadbeach on the Park has 21 floors, and holiday apt. 1605 is on the 16th floor, facing North East with excellent views of Broadbeach and good views of the ocean. IT IS MARKED IN RED ON THE PHOTO. Has one of the best locations in the building. Views at night and sunsets are spectacular! (many other available apartments are on the west side (quite noisy), or south side - very little sun. Best views are East from apartments ending in 05 or 06.

DIMENSIONS: whilst holiday apartment is 1605 is a 3 brm with 120 sq.m., the one bedroom has not been closed in, and functions as a dining room. This makes the apartment very spacious. See photos.

The apartment has a large lounge, separate dining area, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and large ensuite with spa bath. The second bedroom has two king-size singles and its own bathroom.
