Located right in the heart of Surfers Paradise, the Towers of Chevron Renaissance have breathtaking views over the ocean, the Nerang River and Gold Coast hinterland.

This 2 bedroom Sub Penthouse is situated on the 35th floor, facing North/East in the largest of the 3 towers and has panoramic, uninterrupted, views of the ocean, town, Indy Track and the Nerang River and Gold Coast hinterland.

The living area and the 2 bedrooms have sweeping ocean views, and all 3 rooms open onto a large balcony. Where there is plenty of room to enjoy your favourite food & wine, or just sun bathe & relax.

This apartment is the largest of the 2 bedrooms in the complex, and has 2 en-suite bathrooms and a powder room for your guests. The main bedroom has a queen bed, a walk in wardrobe and a luxurious on-suite, with a big walk in tiled shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, with a second en-suite bathroom which has a bath and excellent shower.

Fantastic apartment with equally fantastic views. 35 floors up definately has some breathtaking views. The location is perfect and the facilities of the apartment are great. Well worth considering this apartment. Owner is fantastic to deal with also.

Wow what a great apartment. Stayed for five nights in November 2007 with our 15 month old son and we were very impressed. The views are amazing and have to be seen to be believed. Balcony is huge and very child safe. Spent ages watching the whales swim by or just tracking the changing weather out to sea. Chevron is a great complex and has beautiful pools and numerous shops and places to eat in the base of the building, including a supermarket! Apartment is very well furnished and no money has been spared. Marble bench tops everywhere and three toilets to choose from. We've traveled around the world and this is the nicest apartment we have stayed in anywhere. We highly recommend this apartment and the Chevron to everyone. You won't be disappointed staying here!

If you are staying at Chevron this is the apartment you are looking for.I have stayed at Chevron 8 times and have never been more impressed with a room.The view to the beach and down to the river is fantastic.If you are ever looking to sell let us know.
