Occupying the whole top floor of this quality apartment building, KIRRABREAK is spacious, private, north facing, and perfectly positioned across the road from the patrolled area of Kirra Beach and the world-famous "Kirra Point" and Kirra Surf Club.

The apartment boasts three comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms offering comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people.

Apartment facilities include a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a modern Entertainment System incuding high definition LCD television, free-to-air and cable tv, DVD and VCR players, and full hi-fi sound system. Also included in a fully equipped laundry and an extensive outdoor entertaining area.

The building has security intercom access, and secure lockup parking is available in the building at no extra cost.

Kirrabreak is in a low-rise building - access is via a short stairway (no lift).

This is a really great apartment. The furniture is very comfortable and their is a view in all directions. You can see the beach and the mountains. The Surf Club is across the road, if you don't feel like cooking although their is a great choice of pots, utensils and dishes. Everything little things that you wouldn't pack or don't really want to go and buy like salt, sugar, cleaning stuff, plastic bags etc. was supplied. The owners are very friendly and understanding too.

The apartment occupies the entire top floor and had plenty of room for 6 of us; it was breezy full light and had ocean views from every room which was very relaxing; the flagged beach was just across the road as was the surf lifesaving club (good food); the apartment is luxurious but was comfortable, like staying in a friend's place; if we felt lazy we watched TV or played our DVDs and CDs on the equipment provided; top kitchen and BBQ meant we could eat-in or go out the many restaurants in Kirra or Coolangatta which is a short walk away and is a good centre for shopping (I went missing for a few hours in the antique centre); we used public transport to travel to the Worlds amusement parks, the buses were regular, comfortable and cheap (but you have to check the bus timetable at the bus stop just accross the road from the apartment); boring but true: the laundry was handy to have on a few occasions!
